OnePlus today unveiled the new OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition in partnership with McLaren. Both the companies have signed a long-term exclusive partnership, meaning we’ll see more products from both the brands in the future. For now, though, let’s talk about the McLaren Edition of the OnePlus 6T.

The design of the OnePlus 6T McLaren edition features an orange highlight around the bottom part of the device, as well as the McLaren logo. On the software side, OnePlus is offering a black and orange theme to go along with the McLaren branding.

And that’s really about it from the outside. On the inside, you will get 10GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, and that’s a ton of power for sure. But the main highlight here is the company’s new Warp Charge 30 technology that will give you a day of power in 20 minutes of charge, which is much faster than the company’s Fast Charge (aka Dash Charge) tech. With Warp Charge 30, OnePlus claims you will be able to charge the device’s 3,700mAh battery up to 50% in just 20 minutes.

All of this combined,  you get OnePlus’ most expensive phone to date. Coming in at $699, the device is more expensive than the regular OnePlus 6T that comes at $549. But if you want 256GB of storage, you will end up paying $629 for the regular OnePlus 6T — so getting the McLaren edition will not only get you 256GB of storage but an additional 2GB RAM, for $70 more.

The device will be available in North America and Western Europe from December 13th. It’ll cost £649 in the UK, and €699 throughout Europe. OnePlus expects to make the device available in India, China, and the Nordics shortly after.
